This design draws significant inspiration from Finn Juhl, a key figure in the Danish Modern design movement. The piece features a two-tier structure that offers a space for display items such as coffee table books without compromising usable surface area.
The legs are arranged, shaped and finished to accentuate the flowing appearance of the cherry wood grain. The table tops are attached in a way that conceals hardware while still allowing the user to unassemble the piece via 6 screws that accommodate shifting in the wood over time.
